Zak Design+Build is a Los Angeles–based boutique design-build studio led by Narek Zakaryan, an architectural designer and California licensed General Contractor with over a decade of experience spanning architectural practice, planning, and construction. The studio is grounded in the integration of design intent and realization, guiding projects from concept through completion with precision, clarity, and a refined sense of aesthetics. Narek holds dual Master’s degrees in Community and Regional Planning and Urban Design & Architecture from Iowa State University. The practice focuses on disciplined, context-driven architecture shaped by proportion, function, constructability, and enduring design quality.
